I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience! The rooms were beautifully decorated and had luxurious touches, including a small flat-screen TV with a great selection of satellite channels, two of which were in English. The view from the room towards the center of Siena was simply breathtaking. The vaulted ceiling and original features added so much character to the room.

The service here is top-notch! The staff is incredibly nice, friendly, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, assisting us with reservations, recommendations, and even driving us to the start of the main road out of Siena. The attention to detail, especially during breakfasts and the nightly cocktail hour, was exceptional.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, especially as I prepared for my wedding at the Sanctuary of Santa Caterina. Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms overlooked a busy restaurant, offering a Panoramic View of Siena, with a fantastic two-floor layout and a full kitchen. The location was superb, close to the Duomo and impressive facades, complemented by a decadent balcony terrace adjoining Campo Reggio's living/dining room. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience was a highlight of the trip, providing outstanding quality food. However, parking may seem problematic initially due to the resident-only car zone, but following the staff's directions, it turned out to be easy and safe. The hotel facilities were convenient and well-equipped.
